The second daughter, Reema Shetty is the co-founder and chief executive of The Foodsters Inc, a Dubai-based culinary house which provides vintage food trailers, custom built food trucks and catering. She has close to two decades of experience working across sectors such as Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, Hospitality, F&B, Private equity, Education, Wellness and Entrepreneurship in GCC, India, Middle East and International Regions. Reema is a Board Member of Alexandria New Medical Center, Egypt. She has also established the Strategy, Structure and Governance of the Family’s Not-For-Profit Arm – Dr. BR & CR Shetty Foundation. She has also been an Advisor to the Board of Trustees of Boston University, USA. Growing-up in Abu Dhabi, Reema then went on to study marketing and business administration at Boston University, USA.
Reema is married to Mohamed Bitar. Mohamed Bitar comes with over 20 years of combined experience in Hospitality, F&B, IT, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Entrepreneurship Regionally and Internationally. He is currently the Managing partner and CMO of The Foodsters Inc. Reema and Mohamed are blessed with two sons.
